All purchases of our API services are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products and usage-based API credits, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases

Subscriptions:

Once a subscription period begins, it is considered used and cannot be refunded. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent renewal.

Pay-as-you-go credits:

Credits purchased are non-refundable and will remain available in your account until used or expired (if applicable).

Credit packages:

All credit packages are final sales. Credits do not expire and remain in your account for future use.

3. No Exceptions Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service
  • Unused credits or services
  • Technical difficulties on your end
  • Misunderstanding of service features or pricing
  • Duplicate payments (credits will be added to your account instead)
  • Service interruptions or maintenance periods

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy unconditionally.

4. Your Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to:

  • Understand the pricing structure and credit consumption rates
  • Review API documentation and limitations before purchasing
  • Test functionality using available free resources
  • Ensure the service meets your technical requirements
  • Monitor your credit usage and account balance

We are not responsible for: Your misunderstanding of features, pricing, or service capabilities.

5. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Temporary service interruptions or maintenance
  • Third-party API provider outages or limitations
  • Network connectivity issues on your end
  • Changes to API features or availability
  • Rate limiting or usage quota enforcement

Service interruptions are addressed through service restoration, not monetary compensation.

6. Final Sale Notice

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable

Our support team can assist with genuine technical issues but cannot and will not process refunds. Support is limited to:
